Cultural manager with over 20 years of experience in the cultural sector. He is the owner of Plural Produções Artísticas, a company dedicated to management, production, and strategic planning for institutions, groups, and artistic, cultural, and socio-educational programs and projects. Throughout his career, he has worked as a tutor in distance learning programs including Capacitação em Gestão Cultural and Empreendimentos Criativos (MinC/SENAC-DF) and Capacitação de Gestores Culturais do Centro-Oeste (MinC/UnB). He has devoted himself to the internationalization of Brazilian performing arts, participating in major international exchange and circulation programs, including: the Turnê Solos em Todos os Solos (Mozambique, 2024); the world premiere of the show Júpiter e a Gaivota by Grupo S.A.I. at the Alexandrinsky Theatre (Saint Petersburg/Russia, 2024); the Turnê Grupo S.A.I. (Russia, 2023); the 8th Danzénica (Bolivia, 2019); the Instituto Nacional de Teatro Theatrical Circuit (Argentina, 2017); MICSur (Colombia, 2016); the Santiago a Mil Festival (Chile, 2015); the 4th Kugoma (Mozambique, 2013); and Platform 11+ (Portugal, 2010).
